Wow, what a great experience we had with Portland Painting and Restoration. It was night and day from a previous company that we used. Alex, the project manager and estimator is an absolute pro. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and most of all, a fun guy to work with. Communication was top notch. Lexi kept us up to date on the project, and was really nice to work with. Our storm windows were painted perfectly. They were painted in the shop and so the finish was flawless. Robert, the painter, was incredibly nice, and he came out on the delivery day and hand touched up anything he noticed before he left. We were so happy with how the storm windows turned out, that Alex is already working on another project for us. We will be trusting Portland Painting and Restoration with all of our future painting needs, inside and out.

A fantastic job done by Portland Painting & Restoration! We had 7 new custom pine windows installed in our old craftsman home, and I needed someone to stain them to match the rest of the millwork in the house. Alex and his crew did an outstanding job, and communication was superb every step of the way. We were out of town while the job was done and had a package arrive early, but Alex and the team unpacked it and made sure it got into the freezer right away. That is just one example of the level of customer service they provide. I have never worked with anyone that had such prompt and attentive communication. I highly recommend them for their skill and expertise, and even more so for their customer service and just general good vibes! Thank you!

Best decision we've ever made for our home - going with the crew from Portland Painting & Restoration! Skilled, professional, personable, reliable. They coordinated carpentry work to remove multiple areas of dry rot, rebuild our front-stair railing to be more in line with our house's architecture, and renovate our aging back deck. They also connected us with a lovely color designer. We couldn't be more pleased!

PPR is so great to work with! I went back and forth on what I wanted to do quite a bit, and they were super responsive and helpful. They’ve done two rounds of painting in my home, and I have zero doubt that I’ll be working with them on future projects. Their crew was so nice and respectful - I work from home and barely noticed they were here, they left each day with everything cleaned up, and were super sweet with my dogs (who were not as nice to them 😅). They finished in the time estimated, which surprised me just because there was so much detailed work to do. They patched up a bunch of holes in the walls as well, and now you’d never know they were there. From end to end, working with PPR is always a great experience, they’re all super professional and kind, and the results are exactly what I wanted 🙌

So extremely happy with PPR's work! They painted the entire exterior of my 1920s craftsman and did all the leg work to coordinate with the lead paint removal company as well. We encountered some challenges along the way, but the team was communicative and professional throughout (shout-out to Alex, Abe, and Lexi!), and did an outstanding paint job to boot! They really brought my craftsman back to life. I can't thank them enough. If you're considering any paint and restoration, I highly recommend PPR!
