While this company is working in my apartments through out the parking lot. An employee who appeared to be a supervisor of some sort, approached me very unprofessionally claiming I was speeding by his work crew, when I was moving through the parking lot at 5mph. I know I was moving this speed as children play and run around the apartments. He came up to me shouting “SLOW DOWN!” Then proceeded to cut me off as I tried to reply and explain myself multiple times, my car is loud with an aftermarket exhaust so everyone assumes I’m speeding and going fast. Before I could even explain this he walked away, Then he went to file a complaint to my leasing office claiming I did this twice now. These guys are very unprofessional and not very friendly

We had a wonderful experience working with Portland Painting & Restoration. They completely restored our exterior siding with a fresh new stain and also painted several interior walls. The quality of their work was excellent. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the people. Alex, our Project Manager, and Lexi, our Project Coordinator, were absolute gems. They were responsive, organized, incredibly easy to work with, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. The team also went above and beyond by helping us coordinate other trusted trades for additional exterior and interior projects, which was such a huge help. That level of service is hard to find these days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Portland Painting & Restoration and will absolutely be working with them again on future projects!

Excellent team and top quality house painting. We had a full house painting as well as some dryrot deck repair. The team provided excellent deck repair, spent time on through paint prep (peeling off lifting paint, sanding, etc), careful overall house painting and meticulous fine detail work. The outcome is a beautifully painted home. I also appreciated that while there was a bit of accidental glass damage in the process, the team was quick with response and fair and efficient in remediation. Overall, I recommend Portland Painting and Restoration for good communication, fantastic carpentry repair, excellent quality painting work and a top notch team. Thank you!!!

I know that more than advertising, their future lies in satisfied customers and a market reputation that is brand solid. PP&R fits that model. And they exceeded my expectations. First, they listened to our needs. Second, they delivered a competitive bid that included solutions we hadn't considered. Third, I can;t say enough for the crew. All of the team members we met (and I think we met them all!) were professional, thoughtful and considerate. All along, it was clear our happiness was their goal. Best decision we've ever made for our home - going with the crew from Portland Painting & Restoration! Skilled, professional, personable, reliable. They coordinated carpentry work to remove multiple areas of dry rot, rebuild our front-stair railing to be more in line with our house's architecture, and renovate our aging back deck. They also connected us with a lovely color designer. We couldn't be more pleased!
